Anxiety Reliever: 8 Week Anxiety Relief School and 1:1 Coaching

What would it feel like to be living life free of anxiety? To feel free to pursue your dreams and not be trapped by fear. This is what you will learn in this course and get support from a wonderful community of people just like you.
Here is what you'll get from this 8 Week School:
- Weekly two hour virtual group meet ups where you'll learn to open up, identify and express how you feel.
- Two Weekly Teaching Videos delivered straight to your mailbox for you to watch and do homework. Homework is not here to torture you, it's here to help you.
- Three 1:1 Sessions with Madeline Fedorova
Breakdown of what you'll do each week:
Week 1: Build your personal recovery tool roadmap and kit
Go deep and explore yourself, identify how you feel and what's behind your anxiety.
Week 2: Dive deep into transformative practices
Week 3: Actively practice overcoming your fear that keeps you trapped in anxiety
Week 4: Learn tools to help you overcome trauma, depression and anxiety
Week 5: Channel creativity and explore different parts of self
Week 6: Analyze your progress and share with the community
Week 7: Practice deep meditation, work on nutrition and inner balance
Week 8: Embracing tools for sustainable progress
